• Material: 1/4" birch wood or 1/8" Clear or Frosted Acrylic
• Size: 4"x4"
• Finish: Lacquer for wood, black paint fill for acrylic - can choose gold for lettering only
• String: Black String to hang
• Design: A photo of a loved one (3 or less is idea, but up to 4 people is possible)
• Upload your image to the link. This can be a phone photo in good lighting.
• Portrait photos are not acceptable if you want to include the background. Any part of the photo that is blurred, does not translate well to engraving.
• A proof will only be sent if requested, to your order email for approval.

All personalized items are final sale, even after receiving a proof. If you want to change the image, there will be a $15 change fee due to the time designing the image. Please upload a clear image (that is not blurry when you zoom in) to insure you will be happy!
