• 1/4" Natural birch wood
• Due to the organic nature of wood, color and grain will vary
• Size: 24", 36" or 44" width; height varies with the house (houses greater than 1/2" the width may be an additional cost)
• Thickness: 1/4"
• Design: Hand drawn detail floating house drawing. Windows have to be creatively connected so the floating house is all one piece. Very intricate houses may be subject to an additional art charge and will be determined after order placement.
• Personalized orders are final sale and non refundable. If an additional charge is required and art has not been started, order can be cancelled.
• A proof will not be sent unless requested in the notes section at check out OR unless our designer feels a proof is necessary
• Finish: Natural/Light Wood, Walnut Stain/Dark Wood, Black Stain, Black Matte paint or White Paint (top only or all options - sides will be dark)
• Can be hung with finishing nails, command strips or placed on a shelf
